  Super responsive. I can count on him to come out when needed. I've had Carl Sosnoski install both heating and cooling units in my duplex. They are top quality and reliable. Thanks for Carl's excellent service & expertise they require very little maintenance. I highly recommend Custom Heating & Cooling.

  Unacceptable! Carl Sosnoski sells low end products at high end prices with little to no service warranty. Seriously - would you expect to have your new furnace require service within the first year? But that is easily walked away from without a second thought. It was when he lost his temper that I wondered how this guy could stay in business. Who treats customers/potential customers this way? I'm need to buy a furnace, not deal with a hot head.

  I had a boiler that failed to work this winter at a vacant rental property. I called Carl this morning and he was able to meet me there within the hour. Parts of the boiler were badly corroded but Carl got it cleaned up and back to life. I couldn't be happier with his level of service.
