  Very professional and on time. The techs answered all of my questions and explained every step. I definitely recommend! I just bought a new house and needed a new heat pump. They came out and done my quote and sent the email with options and the price with and without financing. Very happy with my experience. The techs were Seth, Scott, and Jobe. Very polite and professional. Thank you all!

  When your heat stops working in the middle of winter you call Custom! Our unit was 24yrs old and on its last leg. The techs came out almost immediately after we called and tried their best to save us some money and fix the old unit. It was past saving so we decided to purchase a new unit. They were very quick/professional in getting the new unit installed to make sure my family didn't go without heat any longer than we had to. I highly recommend Custom to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing they are getting the best service around for the best price possible.

  These guys were awesome! A crew of 2 showed up on time and made short work of a virgin install. Our system is nicely trimmed, squared, and leveled. Everything works as it should and the employees showed us the basics of operation. I would highly recommend this company as it was recommended to us.
