I have used Custom Cooling previously and when the A/C unit was making unusual noises I called them. They were at my home within 20 minutes. Joey Bella, the technician, explained the problem with the compressor and he went through all options for us. We agreed to replace with a York system with a 10 year warranty at a great price! The installation crew came on time for the installation. Steve, Kevin and Escabar did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They certainly knew what they were doing and cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. They make you feel comfortable and that they are looking out for your best interests and not just another sale. I think you'll be as satisfied as I was.

I am very happy with the sales and service I received with the installation of a Bryant air conditioner by Custom Cooling. I found they offered the best price on the unit and the team that installed it were individually skilled and worked efficiently together as a team. They answered all of my questions and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking either sales or service in the Fort Myers area.
