  Ken is quite frankly, hands down, an incredibly knowledgeable and thorough HVAC professional. His quality of service is top notch. When our A/C went out at the height of the sweltering temperatures last summer, Ken and his tech Seth got the repairs done quickly, unobtrusively, and at a really reasonable price for everything they had to do. After making the call to request service, everything was extremely smooth, hassle and headache free. It was great!

  I think Ken is just awesome. Every time I call he is right there to answer my questions. And comes to my house within the hour or tells me when he can be there. Couldn't do without him.

  The tech that was sent out was very unprofessional. He left every light in my basement on. Even in rooms that he had no business in. He tracked stuff in on my carpet. Left without telling me he was done. I won't call them again.

  Mary, I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a service tech. I have no record of us ever being at your residence unless it was billed out under another name which is possible. I will be talking to my technician to make sure that this does not happen again if we were there. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Whether we were there or not it is a good reminder that we need to be responsible with others property.
