  Had difficulty with both the technician and the manager to the extent that I had to hire a different company to finish the job. Custom Air would benefit greatly if they had any concept of "The company works for the client, the client does not work for the company." Custom Air came out and didn't do what I asked and then argued with me about it, so I had to call another company to come out. The other company did exactly what I asked, the unit was fixed, they got paid on the spot and received a fantastic review from me.

  Brian, Stuart and their team were great to work with as we were replacing the HVAC in an older home we were renovating. They worked with us on options to meet our specific budget and space needs. Everyone who worked on this project was very polite and knowledgeable of the specifics of the project. Thank you for a job well done!!

  Had them out to my house in May give me an estimate and a diagnosis, gave me a diagnosis supposed to call me back about an estimate on how much exactly it would cost never called. So I didn't pay, came to my house today demanding payment, Not sure what company in the year 2020 doesn't accept credit cards apparently only cash or check.
