They are awesome, I called this morning to ask for service, my thermostat would not go above 68, Josh answered the phone and asked when I had changed the filter, I changed the filter, it started warming right up. Other companies would have came out and changed me a service call to change my filter. That is honestly. Thank you. I highly recommend currie .

This company gave us a quote that included a $1,250 rebate. We signed on the dotted line in time. Our rebate was rejected, with MidAmerica saying we got it in too late. Sorry, but that was up to Bob Oliver. Our furnace/AC ended up costing $11,700. (As we were told, the much higher cost is due to Trump's tariffs.) We have tried many times to get Bob to take care of this rebate, but they have ignored us. We chose this package ONLY because of this rebate. They assured us that if we signed on the date we did the rebate would go through!!! We feel totally ripped off. If they make right, I will definitely update you.

Came home from work yesterday to find my furnace not working (it was 52 degrees in my house!) after calling several companies in the area and being told that they wouldn’t be able to schedule me for at least a week (with an infant in the home there is no way I could have waited that long) I finally was able to get ahold of Bob Oliver Heating and Cooling. Bob came out to my home at 8 PM and was able to diagnose the problem. With my system being 19 years old Bob gave us the option to do repairs to get the system running however we were also given a few different quotes to replace the system. After weighing out the options we decided to go with a new system and to our delight they were able to come out an install it today. The technicians that came to the house were very knowledgeable and courteous. My only regret is that we didn’t find this company sooner. A big Thank You to Bob and his crew! The Russo Family
