  I called another ac company (won't mention the name) that came up on Google search but the employees were sassy and attitudes. They also wanted to rip me off suggesting me to buy a whole new unit for $10,000. Omg! I just needed cleaning. So I called Cunningham's and another AC company left a message for both companies. Cunninghams called me first. I'm so happy they did because right off the back, John Cunninham (the son) was the most nicest polite professional person. This is a local family owned business. They care more about their customers and being honest. John came out and he even said I needed just cleaning; ducts, vents and motor. Buying a whole new unit was totally unnecessary, he said. I told him for 14 years we just changed the filter, condenser cleaning and flushed the pipes but not thinking about the ducts and vents per mildew that happens in Hawaii. The guys who came out to clean were so nice and polite. We are scheduling once a year cleaning with Cunningham's. My family and I trust this family. Thank you!! Kaila & Ohana
