  Great experience with Cunningham. They met with my girlfriend at the house and cleaned the carpets and gave me a quote on cleaning the heater vents. While inspecting the heater they found my water heater leaking water and let my girlfriend know about it right away. I will definitely use their services again.

  Cunningham carpet cleaning was awesome to work with. The tech that came to my house was super professional and courteous. He made sure I was satisfied before he left and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend these guys!

  I had a terrible stench coming from our bedroom heating vent. I had another carpet cleaning service come first to look at the issue but they simply vacuumed the vent and sprayed it with cleaning solution and recommended that we put down deodorant balls and "see what happens". The stench did not go away. Cunningham came the next day and found nothing in the vent so they suited up and went under my home and found a dead rat on top of the heater vent so they removed it and cleaned the area. Really impressed with the quality and care. I could tell that this company cares about their customers.
