  Our heater and heat pump went out last week right before the snow and cold weather hit. I called Cummings and they not only crushed the completion price quotes I received but they were here within a few days to replace our system!   Great customer service from start to finish. Very prompt and on time with the initial estimate. We had a gas fire place installed and it looks so real and heats our entire house. We also had an electric heat pump install best thing ever wish I would have done it sooner. Very reasonable priced and explained everything I need to know about my equipment. Office staff worked with me on all paper work and receipts needed. Love this company I will recommend this company to anyone

  Just a lousy experience all around except for the lady on the phone who scheduled my appointment. First got a call stating that they were suspicious on even touching my heat pump if it wasn't installed by them. Then why would they come up as an option to repair or service a heat pump on angie's list? Then they said well "I'll try to come out in the evening" yadda yadda. I asked to please call and let me know if they aren't going to make it. No phone call. No apology. Nothing. Just me sitting twiddling my thumbs expecting someone to tell me what's wrong with my heat pump.
