  Came out and supposedly diagnosed my water heater. Told me what it needed. It was still under warranty so I orderd the parts from manufacture. They couldn’t understand how they got the diagnosis with what they were saying was the problem. The day of the repair I was called with no excuse or anything and was told they aren’t coming to fix it. I don’t care what the reason is.. you Don’t call a customer the day of repair after waiting over a week for hot water and tell them for no reason they aren’t coming.. piss poor service.. it felt shady from the beginning.

  I had a gas leak that they repaired for me. They were the only emergency plumber that called me back on a Friday night out of the three that I called. They were very professional and walked me through the process which required coordinating with the City and the gas company. The pricing was also very reasonable.

  Nathan is a true master and fellow of his craft. From the initial phone call to the final resolution, Nathan was professional and courteous, thoroughly explaining the problem and all our potential options. He frequently asked if we had any questions along the way and clarified in adequate detail when we did. He was very clean about his work, leaving no trace he was even here when the job was done. I greatly valued his respect for our home as if it were his own. I, hands down, would recommend Nathan for any plumbing job without the slightest reservation after such a pleasant experience for such a not-so-pleasant plumbing concern.
