  I called Colby on a July afternoon and he came to my house the same day. He was kind, courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed and solved my problem. My thermostat had gone bad, and he replaced it immediately. He also cleaned out my unit, which was very much needed. I will definitely call them again and confidently recommend Cullen's to friends and family.

  Colby came out to fix my beer fridge; it wasn't keeping things cool as it should. After he fixed it, I had to turn the thermostat back down to a normal setting because it was causing the air on the outside to condense on door pushed all the way up where I had it! This man knows what he's doing!! While he was here I asked him to give me a check-up on my AC unit as we ramp up into summer: he cleaned it and showed me the gunk that was stuck in there. Long story short, he probably saved me thousands in the long run just by doing a little routine maintenance. Will be recommending him to everyone from now on! Best in Jonesboro!!!

  Colby Cullen has supported our heat and air needs since me bought a new home. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He has been able to come the same day we call. He is also a nice, honest person who takes pride in his work. Our family appreciates his work ethic and dedication to his profession.
