Blower Motor on our Furnace went out so we gave them all of the information on our Furnace so they could order us a new part, we gave them the brand name, serial number, and model number to be sure we would get the part needed. We paid for the part and then when we went to replace it, found it was the wrong part. Called them to try and get the proper part and asked about exchanging the wrong part for the correct one (even if we had to pay diffences). We were told that because it is an electronic part, once it leaves the store there are no returns or refunds. Now we have parts we can't even use and are expected to buy all new again with hopes it will be right the second time around. If you want to risk using them be sure to bring in the exact part that's bad from your unit to be able to match it in the store before walking out. Unfortunately for us we barely had the money to buy the part in the first place so we are just facing the August heat without a/c now.

when they came out the first time they said they sealed a leak and inspected everything on our ac. A week late we were still having problems with the ac then they came back a second time that we had to pay for them to get nothing done again. this time they told us the expation valve was bad now and they had to order parts. when we received a call from them a few days later they said we now need a new a-coil (a $700 part) witch is absurd because they hadn't came back to inspect it again and when the repair man had last left he said we only needed a expation valve and that's it. so we payed them $400 to get nothing done including their charge for time on the road
