  Excellent customer service, excellent installers. Very professional left my house very clean would highly recommend CTI. My family was with no heat for a week. Other companies would not install right away wanted me to wait a month or longer. CTI came out on Thursday gave me an estimate and installed it on Friday awesome company

  Best customer service ever! Technicians were very respectful, knowledgeable and clean. We will be recommending to friends and family. Furnace died on Monday and had new one installed on Wednesday. That's what we call great customer service.

  Received text to know when they were coming. The Tech was so helpful by explaining several items and he was extremely knowledgeable. The professionalism was stellar and I will definitely use CTI for all my HVAC needs! Thanks Evan for checking on my warranty for the parts. This furnace has given me fits since it was installed five years ago.
