Randy is awesome! professional  and knowledgeable. Randy was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about how this operates and what went wrong love learning new things. Price for repair was surprisingly low as well. I'd recommend them anyday of the yesr.

Brian gave me a bid for a new furnace. I spent a bit of time researching the Coleman brand and models. Close to installation, he sent me an email saying that his company wasn’t doing anymore installations with rhetoric on giving free estimates but not guaranteeing the job doesn’t help the company.

Giving free estimates is what your industry does, and you didn’t even bother to show up to look at my furnace before giving me a bid, like your competitors did!

I woke up this morning (Sunday around 7:00 am ) with it 57 degrees in the house and our furnace running non-stop set to 64. My wife and I just bought this home in June and the previous owner had Crystal Air Systems come out and do an inspection/general service.  We were told there was a warranty on the system for 12 months through Crystal Air so that is who I called.  I called them at 7:41 am and left a message expecting a call tomorrow during the business week.  To my surprise at 7:54 am Brian returned my call, asked a few questions, and then unfortunately informed me there was no warranty as he just provided a general service on the system.  He said he was on his way to buy some milk and would bring his work van instead of his personal vehicle and wouldn't mind stopping by.  Well, being that I just lost my job due to the extreme slow down in my industry...I was dreading what the cost of a weekend visit would cost.  Brian showed up around 8:30 am, and was very informative through the visit.  He didn't mind that I stood over his shoulder asking questions, in fact he joked and said he'd make a service tech out of me yet.  He found the igniter switch to be out after testing a number of other things.  The screw for ours was rusted and Brian had to take apart parts of our exhaust to get to it...and then it was with some engineering ingenuity that he was able to get the screw holding it down out. He had the part in his van (generic brand) and switched it out. Within moments the furnace fired up. Brian tested the air flow, CO levels, and made sure everything was in good working order. It took him about 30 minutes to do all of this. The cost:  NOTHING!  Brian told me that he understands someone going through hard times and he didn't mind helping me out since he was able to today.  Thank God for Brian, and thank you very much Brian for your time and help.  Brian is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a true professional craftsman in his industry.  I would recommend him to anyone in the Thurston County and surrounding areas for repairs or new system installs.  You will be working with a very honest company by going with Crystal Air Systems.

I never seen a place with only 5 stars.  I looked this up to see if i could scheduale a maintenance appointment.
I have been going to crystal  for a few decades. Excellent to do business with.

Love these guys great fast service new right away what was wrong with my heat pump asap and back up in running in 10 15 minutes and fair pricing
