  Chris and his employees are the most professional guys i've met. They explained what happened, showed me the old broken parts and repaired it quickly. CRT Mechanical is how a business should be run!

  Our heater was leaking gas so we had to shut the gas off. It's pretty cold out and we have little ones so I contacted the number on our heater. Chris the owner answered and was here within the hour. He took his time to find the problem which he did. He showed me the problem and explained everything to me. He even took the time to talk to my husband twice since he was at work. I am extremely glad he was able to fix our heater. I recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a good heating company that explains everything with no hidden fees.

  Chris came on Saturday on two separate occasions when we were having issues with our AC unit. He was able to identify the problem each time and fixed it accordingly. Thank you!
