  Owner Kason is just so phenomenally talented, great customer service - takes time to listen to you - and so technically intuitive. I called him on a late Friday of Memorial weekend and he stated that the would fit the service call in on Monday Memorial Day. True to his word - arrived and diagnosed the issue - after 2 previous visits from other AC firms - and willing to go the extra mile to contact the warranty co. for part replacement - and check out if the leak has been fixed subsequent to the appointment today. If you want an ethical, honest, down to earth, and a technically correct evaluation of your AC system issues/problems - you must contact CRS Mechanical in Concord.
