  I had a tough problem to diagnose and they stood by their work when others couldn't fix it. Their install group for another job was done so well and they double checked their work and confirmed we were happy. Thanks for being reasonable priced and reasonable!

  They installed new gas logs in my fireplace. They were very helpful on the initial contact asking for details about the insert. They were able to send someone in a timely manner. The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained the details of the logs to me.

  I just bought my house in Germantown, and had only been in it about 2 months when we got hit by the Ice storm and lost my power, and my gas logs would not work. I called Friday morning to try to schedule an appointment (lol, I know, like that was going to happen), but they were so nice and concerned and promised to have a technician out that day (shocker)! Not only were they out that day, they were there within 2 hours, and the technician said they just wanted to make sure I got some heat! He got me up and running, and made a customer for life, thank you!!!
