  I have read all of these reviews and based on my long time experience take exception with some of them. We have been dealing with Crouse Bros. for approximate 30 years. We use them for all of our properties. We have had them replace a/c units, heaters , make duct work repairs and lots and lots of small jobs. There have been times when we thought we needed a new unit , when in fact the technician told us we did not and instead made a simple repair. What means the most to me is the fact that Larry Sr and Jr , personally , have made "house calls" to our homes and businesses during those times when it is 20 degrees out and we lost our heat or 95 degrees and the a/c cut out etc... When you have a handful of properties and you deal with someone for 30 years those type of things will happen from time to time. This company has integrity , there pricing is fair and they care about their customers. They have always done well by us. What more can I say? I wanted to edit this review as to include employees Kevin , Kathy , Jen & Randy that have also provided exceIlent service to us. Thank you to the whole Crouse Bros. team.

  Got a new condensor installed in August 2018 n new coils as well. Winter of 2018 I called them cause the pipes were leaking, the guy came out and put some sealant around the pipes. In November 2019 I called them again cause the system is knocking during the call I was told I had to pay for them to come out after paying $4,500 and in less than 2 yrs I've experienced 2 separate issues that is no fault of mine.
