  Andrew has repaired our HVAC unit on two occasions and has been fair in his pricing, as well as professional and responsive, each time. Most of all, I appreciate his integrity when diagnosing a problem and providing a solution. I’ll continue to turn to him when necessary.

  I’ve had horrible experiences with the “big name” HVAC companies in the Charlotte area: Every single time they came to my residence, the bill was hundreds of dollars. I’m not an HVAC professional so I have to take their word for it (and pay their exorbitant prices). Fortunately, I was referred to Andrew by my neighbor. He is extremely reliable and will show up when he says, his pricing is fair and, above all, Andrew is honest. When he assesses your unit, he will be honest in what you need vs don’t need. I never have any fear that he’s trying to sell me something that’s not necessary. And if he does need to perform work on my system and/or replace parts, he’s not price-gouging me. I cannot recommend Andrew enough!
