  Very UPSETTING experience and HORRIBLE customer service. 3 weeks ago they charged us $322.00 to refill the AC system. We called today and were told that it would be additional $400 to $600 to get the AC working again and will have to refill it again and repair the leak. The lady was very rude and said when asked if they could fix it, "Yes, but your going to have to pay me!". After consulting with another repair company I found out that we are within 30 days of repair; and most other offices in town don't charge anymore if the system goes down again. My wife was freaked out by the repairman who just filled the AC System with out consulting us before hand when what we wanted was the leak to be repaired. other places only charge $80 for diagnostic and 135.00 for finding leaks. Warning I lost $322 for nothing! Now the AC that was filled will have to be drained and the leak found. I'm taking my buisness somewhere else. The lady on the phone started to yell at my wife for thier mistake! Very unprofessional

  I would definitely recommend this company for your heating and air service and repair. Recently I had and issue with my ac and the service person that came out was prompt and efficient. He explained the problem and did the repair quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

  Don't even know how they are in business again. Very rude, price gouging and unprofessional. If it wasn't for American Home Shield warranty company, they would have no business I'm sure of it.
