  Wasn't interested in our business. Called with emergency need at our new local store. Simple fix, willing to pay most anything for service. Was told they weren't scheduling new customers. Had to call from another city and pay significantly more. Glad they're doing well enough to not be interested in a local business with numerous locations.

  If I could rate this company 10 STARS I would! Since day 1 of using this company, they have always been very professional and honest. Before I started using Cronier AC, other companies would have lack of confidence and would always try to sell me something I didn’t need!(AND WOULDN’T FIX THE PROBLEM) I called these fine gentlemen out and they seem to always “shoot from the hip” and tell me what I need with no hesitation! They seem to always know the right thing to do to fix my unit and keep me COOL AND COMFORTABLE!!!! I could give you many reasons to why I recommend these guys. From the office personnel, to the service techs- they are nothing short of exceptional!! Thank you Cronier’s! 👏🏻

  Hands down the absolute best HVAC company on the Gulf Coast!! 😊😊 My family and I went out for dinner last night and came home to an 82 degree house.. 🥵 I made a call to Cronier Air Conditioning in Moss Point and Michael showed up within 45 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and going faster than I could even blink!! 😳 Great prices, knowledgeable technician, and also very professional service. I highly recommend you using them! I will definitely give them a call back SOON for my home or business!! 👍🏻 THANK YOU AGAIN
