  Crockett is probably the only reason I ever actually got my ac replaced. After being given the run around by my warranty company for over 2.5 months, Crockett stayed on them and made my claim a priority. I can't say thank you enough for the concern, constant contact and consideration for my case. You guys are best!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I went through my home warranty company to use these people. Had I read the reviews before I would never have tried them. I was scheduled for an appointment. My dad took off work for me so he could let them in. They NEVER called! They NEVER showed up! My dad and I called them multiple times to see where they were. The phone kept rolling to voicemail. We left multiple voicemails and they did NOT return any of our calls or did not even reach out to us to tell us they could not make it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
