  Parker was the most professional and polite salesman. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me, and did not try to sell me the most expensive unit. I cannot stand a pushy salesperson, and nothing will make me walk away faster, Parker was definitely not like that. I felt the pricing he gave was very fair and a little under what the other estimates I had received were. I feel pretty confident in my decision to go with Creeks AC because of him.

  Colby and Robert did a great job educating us on how to use our new system and keep up with preventative maintenance. They were both very polite and competent. We now have a great system that will keep humidity in the house low--not just regulate the temperature.

  Creeks Air is very responsive, for which we are grateful. Our A/C went on the fritz, and within two hours of my call, a service person was at our home to evaluate the problem. Turns out it was the blower on the furnace, which was installed in 2002. We opted to replace the furnace, and they were able to find one (which is no small feat with all the supply-chain issues) and install it the next business day! They stayed in touch throughout the service issue, so we were never "in the dark." We have been using their services since we moved to Florida four years ago. All their staff are committed to quality, fair, and professional service. So glad we found them!
