  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. First, I was told three different times they would come to my home to look and do an estimate on what I need fixed in order to have appropriate heating downstairs. As its freezing and my electric bill is through the roof. They never showed, until I said my husband was returning from a military school and then they finally came out. Then 2 weeks had past still no estimate I called them to ask them about the estimate and they stated I will send the estimate via email. It has now been two more weeks and nothing. I will not recommend this company eapecially to the military community or anyone else I know who needs heating.
