  We were blessed to know Lee Crandall, who founded Crandall Heating & Air and can attest to the fact that this company does indeed follow "The Golden Rule" ("Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.") No other company has touched our heating or air conditioning systems since 2007, and we have been completely satisfied with every visit made to our home. Keith helped us get every last possible day of service out of our AC system, "nursing it along" way past the time other companies would have insisted it needed to be replaced. He is always prompt, professional, kind, and thoroughly explains what is needed and why. We have complete trust in Crandall Heating & Air and can confidently, highly recommend them!
