  Crain has the best customer service. The heat in my rental property was out this week. I called them for cost estimation yesterday. All I need is to provide property square footage and furnace photos. There is no need to do in person appointment. I love how convenient that is. They sent me a detailed estimation after seeing my photos and came up with a very reasonable price (after comparison among 7 companies and friends’ experience). One thing I need to mention is they don’t over sell things you don’t need. And today they came out and got my furnace and AC all replaced. Overall speaking, this company is super responsive, doing things with quick turn around, and they do outstanding work. Five star! I don’t normally do reviews for every service I used. This is the one definitely worth spending my time to give them a nice review.

  Super happy with this company! They replaced my 20 year old furnace. With elite series Lenox, new filtration system and humidifier. Very happy with the installation and attention to details. They kept everything clean, covered all walkways with tarp. The duct work was also neater, Compared to my old one. They added a Ptrap for easy cleaning. The unit itself runs great, house feels more comfortable. Much Even temperature across the levels. The crew was very efficient. They did have a hiccup. But they came back and fixed the following day. They did not even take payment before I am happy. They were not the cheapest. But their quote was much better than most other companies in the area. I would definitely reuse this company and recommend to anyone.

  My experience with Crain was extremely positive. Interacting with customer service via phone and email to schedule a free estimate and to ultimately schedule the work was seamless. They were organized, helpful and were even able to bump me up on the calendar when an availability opened up. The install was great -- prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They also made sure I got the rebates that I was eligible for and I believe they charged a fair price. I would absolutely recommend Crain to anyone.
