  We noticed our furnace stopped working last evening, ends up the inducer had gone out. These guys came out this morning, identified the problem, got the part, and had our heat back on by 11 a.m. They walked me through everything they were doing, because as a homeowner, I like to "learn." If you come across any HVAC issues in your home or business, I highly recommend Craft Mechanical. Locally-owned business and hard-working individuals who are going to make sure the job is done right.   Very prompt repairs to our water heater after the electrical components blew out before Thanksgiving. Insurance was the only reason it took as long as it did. Craft and their technicians were great!

  I contacted Cam after a referral from a co-worker, we made an appointment for him to come check the house to discuss replacing my furnace and AC. He gave us a quote with 2 options for different efficiencies, with a whole home humidifier as an add-on option. Our install date got moved around due to COVID-19, but he was had great communication along the way. On the day of install he was here on time, with all the supplies he needed. The Craft Mechanical crew made quick work of removing the old equipment and installed the new equipment, getting everything done in just 2 days. Our new AC is fantastic and Cam was able to answer all of my questions along the way. He even helped me figure out what size my supply/return registers were so I could update the old damaged registers through-out my house. After getting several quotes from other HVAC installers, I am happy with my decision to hire Craft Mechanical. Competitive pricing, great communication, professional install on high quality name brand equipment all from a locally owned small business.
