Coziahr Heating and Air is a service company we use often. It is apparent they built their business with customer service being a core value. They are extremely professional and friendly and their parts and service pricing is justified because they always get the job done. We have them out every spring and fall to make sure our older system is ready for the hot summer and cold winter. They have made service calls to our home at 8PM in the evening when our heating system was not working on a cold day in November and they have been at our house on a weekend day. Yesterday marks a 2nd time they made a service call to our home where the repair was completed quickly and they called to let us know they were not going to charge us! It is hard to find organizations that are good at what they do and are so easy to do business with.

Coziahr Heating and Air Conditioning , Inc. gets an A+ all the way. They are reliable, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and fair. We have used them for several years at different homes and always gotten the same service. Having a home with an older HVAC system now, we use them frequently. I trust them in my home even when I cannot be there. They always show up, often very soon after I call them! They care about what their customer's priorities are and listen. You can't find this kind of service just anywhere. This is the best way I can think of to show appreciation for the awesome job they do! Give them a try!

Nearly twice the price other companies I called and the lady was rude on the phone. I don't mind paying a decent price for a service but rudeness is something I will never take my business to. I got my repair completed for less than what Coziahr wanted for the service call charges alone! Why would anyone ever use this company?

We really don’t follow what other companies charge for there furnace repair/maintenance work, but our fee of $136.00 is the most comprehensive service in the metro area. While most HVAC companies perform a minimum clean and check we go above and beyond to check the safety and performance of the furnace by a NATE certified technician. Upon entering your home our personal CO monitor alerts us to any level of carbon monoxide that may be compromising your family’s health and safety. Once we inspect the heat exchanger and perform routine maintenance on the furnace we drill 5 test ports in the ductwork, furnace and chimney/exhaust to measure pressures, temperatures, combustion performance and carbon monoxide levels in the furnace. By measuring pressure difference and temperature rise across the furnace we calculate how effectively your furnace is delivering warm air into the ductwork. To assure your safety we measure oxygen and carbon monoxide levels in the furnace exhaust by use of a combustion analyzer. Once we collect this additional information about your furnace performance we plug the test ports with either blue plugs or stainless steel snap plugs. If your current service technician isn’t taking these additional measurements they can’t definitively tell you how your furnace is performing. As far as the comment about my wife being rude, the person making the comment is completely off-base. Luanne answers ever call and treats every person with kindness and compassion. David Coziahr
