  We were visiting my wife’s dad when I noticed a galvanized pipe on the water heater that was about to let go. Contacted Courtesy and the whole experience was flawless, from setting up the appointment through getting a call when the tech was on his way. Jerry was great and replaced the bad parts with brass so we’ll never have an issue again. Highly recommended.

  From start to finish, Courtesy Plumbing and Heating employees were respectful and equally professional during the removal and replacement of both our home's refrigerated air conditioner and heater; in addition, return air ducts were installed in several rooms making our overall home more comfortable and efficient. Not only was each unit installed with the highest quality of standards in mind, during installation the staff always went above and beyond to protect our home's flooring and walls. After the job was finished, our home was completely cleaned, and we have been enjoying our new units ever since. We highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Heating. Brad and Melissa.
