  I called the day before for home A/C unit standard service (pressure & fluid checks, et al). The tech arrived within the time promised, and gave the unit a good health report. He also went into the attic to assess the evaporator, check for leaks, etc. The technician (Brad) was in every way courteous, professional, and highly qualified. I HIGHLY recommend this company as a good, competent, HONEST, and reliable HVAC company for any of your needs.

  Courtesy is simply the best. To say they're responsive is an understatement. On a hot summer day I was having AC issues, and called other local AC repair companies. Best they could do was 2-3 days out which is what I expected (After all, it is the height of the summer and AC issues are common). Courtesy, fit me in the very next morning!! Not to mention, as busy as they are you'd think they'd hurry the job. To the contrary they were very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. 5 stars! I'm impressed!

  I called about 10:30 am and I had Jeremy out to my house within a couple hours as he was in the area of the service at the time. He was fast, friendly, professional and respectful. I’d definitely refer Courtesy Air Conditioning and Heating to a friend! Thank you Brad and Jeremy.
