  My AC was working fine until it got pretty hot out. Now it won't stay on. Called County Wide HVAC Services and left a message. Jason called back shortly and would be out in a few minutes. After arrival, he diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He ran out to get a new part, installed it and Boom ! Cool air once again. Being new to the southern US, Jason then offered some tips and reviewed my heat pump setup. He explained how things work with maintenance suggestions. As well as some information about the Ozark Area in general, for which I am grateful ! Jason was extremely pleasant, courteous and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Jason. Charlie.

  We had no heat during a below freezing time this winter and every other company wouldn’t be out for weeks to fix it, we called county wide HVAC and Jason was happy to come out and help us the same day! We had our heat fixed before dark the same day! Absolutely amazing customer service and a very reasonable price to come out and fix it!!
