  I replaced my central air system and I added a ductless AC/Heat unit to my family room. Arthur and his team completed the job in 2 day’s. Excellent workmanship and a great price. Hauled away and left everything clean. They also registered & took care of all the warranty information for us. 5 Stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  When my furnace blew, they were out there same day to diagnose. Turned out to not be worth it to repair (30yr+ old system), they ordered new system same day and began install a few days later. Big project, but they got it done in 5 days total. Super professional, kept my fully in the loop on timelines, and super responsive over text. 10/10 would use them again (though I hope I don't need to!)

  We considered a number of businesses to replace our gas furnace with a ducted heat pump and install an additional mini-split system on the second floor of our home. I am pleased that we chose County Comfort and they were great to work with throughout this process. We also used their insulation services in our attic. They helped us take advantage of a number of rebates, which kept the price competitive and we found it to be a great value. In the design/planning phases, Arthur and the team took the time to thoroughly discuss our options and explain the proposed approach. They were always willing to consider our priorities and modify the job where possible. They were thorough and took their time to plan the correct system for our home. Paul on the attic insulation side was also great and worked to achieve our goals while staying in our budget. Our job was complex and involved a lengthy (multi-week) installation. Anthony and his crew were timely, courteous, and professional throughout their time here. The attention to detail and desire to ensure we were happy with the progress throughout was really phenomenal. They ensured that the area was clean after each day, which we appreciated. The job called for replacement ductwork in our basement and I could not be happier with the way it turned out. Post-install, we did encounter some issues but Mike and his repair crew addressed these in a timely manner. We had no issues getting in contact with Mike or Lenore to set these appointments up. Mike said that he would stand by their work and in my experience, they have delivered on that promise. It seems like County Comfort is a small outfit which is growing quickly. I am pleased we used them for this job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a heat pump installer in Westchester.
