The place gave the absolute WORST service I have ever had!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PUT BACK IN A VEHICLE WITHOUT THE ISSUE BEING FIXED! My boyfriend had his  Jeep towed for transmission problems about a month ago. It would not shut off and sat in the lot for over a month waiting to be looked at as they refused to even run a diagnostic on it. We could not even get a rental due to the fact that that they refused to run the diagnostic for WEEKS. (Keep in mind my boyfriend is a firefighter. Therefore, We could not get a rental seeing as we live paycheck to paycheck.) Being “reimbursed” for it 90-120 days is NOT an option and he made that clear on multiple different occasions. WEEKS pass by and they finally run a diagnostic. We went to pick up the jeep. They never even fixed the original issue. They put two new batteries under the hood and sent us on our way. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST service I or anyone I know has ever received. Maybe this time having it towed they can FIX the issue rather than being lazy!

We just bought Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. Wes Phillips is the best, he helped us on every step. I'd recommend him to everyone who's looking for great vehicle buying experience.

I highly recommend recommend countryside the go to, to get your vehicle. I never thought in a million years I would get my amazing 2020 dodge challenger.  Doc worked with what I thought was the impossible. He is the absolute best. I'm telling you if you go there and ask for him. He will do his best to get you what you need. Please do not take your car or truck to this dealer looking to have your vehicle worked on, you will be making a massive mistake and I promise you it will be costly and they will waste so much of your time. Marty the “service man” told me it would be 3 weeks before they could look at my truck, it took them 2 months to just look at it and I have never been treated with such disrespect before in my life. I had to tow my truck up there and about $750 later (not including the $100 one way towing charge)I had to have my truck towed back home and I asked if they would help me out on the tow bill and they said no way witch I didn’t think they would but I gave it a shot. My truck didn’t have any kind of leaks when I took it to Country Side and now it’s pouring some kind of fluid and wires under the hood are disconnected and I have no idea where they go the air box was taken loose and just thrown in the passenger seat and the plastic skid plate that goes under the truck was never put back on it was thrown in the seat as well this was one of the biggest mistakes of my life thinking I could do buisness with this Countryside automotive in jackson. I was scammed my truck is in worse condition now then it was when I had it towed up there. You can not trust these people and if they say they will call you back I swear on everything I love they won’t. So do better than me and avoid doing business with these people at all costs.

We went to look at Tahoe countryside had in stock late one evening, ended up falling in love with it and even though it was late and people had places to be they were all still very happy to help! Thank you Jason Duke for making our car buying experience great! We are loving our new to us Tahoe!!!

I was able to buy my first car thanks to the help from Chad and Josh! It was a smooth process and they weren’t hesitant to help with everything I needed.

Great experience with the sales person Chad, he is awesome. My problem is the after sale process. Over 3 weeks  later and I still do not have my temporary tags. What's the use of having the vehicle if I can't drive it. No one will return my calls or follow up with me. Very disappointing.

Wes was our salesman and we made a deal over the phone then the next day it was all worked out.  Pleasure dealing with the dealership as a whole and Thank you Wes for giving us a great deal on a good car!

I bought a used car from this dealership in July and boy was it a bad experience. Lets start with the price, the website said 7k but they didn't want to tell me they're upping the price another 5k till I started signing papers which that's kind of suspicious but I wanted the car so I didnt say anything. They made me wait a bit while they detail and clean the car, well they didn't even do that it seems. If they vacuumed they didn't do the back since there were still leaves and junk, there was a plastic spoon and candy wrapper in the back seat and oh man, there was the previous owners birth certificate and medical records still in the glove box when I bought it. When I got home the same day and noticed they didn't take anything out like the documents, I also noticed an oil leak behind the engine and it looked like they cleaned the engine of the oil grease too, not sure if that was because of the oil leak or not. I called them the next day to see if I could get something done about it but I was told it had to be under warranty even though it is a used car. I contacted another sales person and they said they would have the sales manager call me but they didn't. So I called again to service department and they straight up told me they don't service my car. So now I have a car I cant drive, my sales person is telling me I can get it fixed under a warranty that doesn't exist, another person told me they cant even service my car. After 3 months of having a useless vehicle I couldn't drive since the very first day I got it, I gave up and took it somewhere else that fixed it in 1 week.
