  So the place was nice, but needs updates. The first room that I was put in smell like cigarettes, it was really bad, but I have to say the gentleman was nice to look for another room and found one on the 3rd floor. That room was clean and smelled good. My daughter's and I were able to breathe and sleep good. We have bad allergies, so that first room did not help when we arrived. I feel the staff should check on rooms to make sure they are clean and does not have any smell especially when people are traveling all day and night, like we were and just wanted to check in and sleep.

  The staff is very friendly. The accommodations in the handicap rooms leave much to hope for. I have mobility problems and I booked this hotel because it said raised toilet seat and shower seat would be in the room, I had neither so I had to improvise the whole time.. I liked the clean room, very spacious. Great place for stay.

  I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s clean quite and comfortable to stay. On the other hand the older white lady ( y’all know who your employees are) she racially profiled me from the moment I stepped too the counter to check in. First she didn’t even greet me I stood there for about 2 minutes before I said hello I’m here to check in she looked up and said last name I have her my information she looks over my card and says oh we don’t accept prepaid cards and slide my card back across the counter I slide it back and informed her I stayed here just a week ago with this same card. She then proceeded to check me in with my prepaid card. Right after that when it comes to sign the papers of the hotel policies she highlighted certain ones like no smoking no loud noise no illegal activities on the property and she highlighted fully for vaccinations not to mention the last time I stayed and was checked in by an older black man I was only charged 50$ for the hotel coverage fee meanwhile she charged me 100$ I’m confused is that supposed to happen. In this world we run across many different ppl I just held my head high being I go there every two weeks on business.
