  Woke up 3am this morning to the smell of burning electronics, couldn't find the source anywhere, then noticed the central heat wasn't working. Called about 7 companies that advertise 24x7 emergency service. Most didn't answer, one told me they could send someone tomorrow, the other took about 6 hrs to call back. In the meantime I called Country Comfort and the phone was answered immediately. I explained the situation and was given a timeframe for Bill to come check our system. Bill had the root cause in about fifteen minutes, and was able to repair the system (as opposed to replacing parts). Total time from calling to having heat was less than 4 hours! All said and done I have heat again, and paid less than most companies charge for sending someone out after hours! I see why Bill advertises by word of mouth! I would recommend Country Comfort without hesitation.

  Bill goes the extra mile! He came to fix my furnace fuel line, and while evaluating the best way to fix it, he noticed a water leak under my home. He investigated the cause and repaired that too while he was here! Very fair in his prices, gives detailed description of work done, and always courteous. I'm very grateful for all he has done for me!

  Such an amazing small town business. Bill is amazing. Works confidently, quickly and efficiently! Apollo heating told me I had a serious problem, he fixed it in 45 minutes!!!! Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing, heating, electrical or AC work!
