  We highly recommend Cougar Mechanical! After our furnace stopped working over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning to schedule a service call. Within two hours, a technician had arrived! They had cheerfully fit us in to their already scheduled appointments for the morning. The technician (Jason) was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The repair was finished quickly, and we felt at a reasonable cost. We are brand new customers and selected Cougar Mechanical based on their online reviews. They're the real deal, and we will use them again!!

  I was out on New Year's eve when my furnace went out. Called other HVAC repair men and got the "were gone till Monday, leave a message". Cougar mechanical was the only one to send someone right away. All was fixed and at a great price. Montgomery, the repair man was very professional and let me know well in advance what the cost would be. I like this company and will use them in the future. Thanks Cougar mechanical. You are the best.

  This is the second time we have used them. Starting with the phone call setting up the repair staff were polite and professional. We were notified by the tech the exact time he would arrive and he did. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and gave us a cost estimate that was fair and reasonable. Very happy with the service. Will use again in the future!
