  We hired Cotti Johnson for some minor electrical work in summer 2021. Communication with the office was excellent, and all details were relayed to the team that arrived. I received a text the day of the appointment with a photo of Matt W. letting me know he was on his was. The team was fantastic: Efficient, knowledgeable, communicative and explained things to me in laymen's terms. They even provided on-the-spot estimates for some future projects we have been thinking about. We will definitely call back for any future needs.

  It was pleasant dealing with them, from beginning to the end. They were responsive and a great value. I wanted to make a few changes to the original quote, they got back to me with an updated quote extremely fast. They explained the process of the install and answered every question I had. Service provided: Install New Central A/C and Install New Ducts.

  We have used Cotti-Johnson over and over again for heating, cooling and electrical. Every single technician has been knowledgeable, courteous and does a awesome job explaining the work and providing options for repair. As a woman who handles all of the work in our home, they never make me feel like “a dumb housewife, etc.” which I have definitely run into in my past experiences with other companies. I will continue to recommend and use them always.
