Horrible service. These people are always rude over the phone. Can never tell you when they're delivering. Could be tomorrow? Could be next week?. They don't know the meaning of customer service because they simply do not care. Only good thing about the company is the delivery drivers. Other than that always actively looking for a new company for Oil and Propane.

Hello Scott, it looks like you were able to resolve this with Tucker and Casey. Stay warm & Happy New Year!

Delivery Drivers are top notch, however customer service (over the phone) is extremely lacking and unfriendly. Almost let us run out of propane after not delivering until 5 days and 4 phone calls after initial order.

Thank you for your feedback. We always try to get deliveries as quickly as possibly. As our normal practice we make each call-in delivery within a week. Please call when your tank is at 1/4 to ensure timely deliveries. Wishing you a Happy New Year!

I really wasn't happy with my experience with this company. I simply needed a propane delivery which apparently for these guys involves a whole inspection process. They told me my water heater was not vented correctly and the lines to my stove were installed incorrectly. Not true. My house was built in 1991, was inspected when we purchased in 2015 and inspected by plumber qualified in gas line installations. Our previous gas company (Suburban Propane) never did any of this and never mentioned any problem. My personal opinion is they are using technical requirements to up-sell a bunch of unnecessary services. Thanks, but no thanks.

We are sorry to hear about your frustration and thank you for your feedback. Our protocol is to follow NFPA 54 code book and State of Vermont requirement to inspect every system when a consumer changes suppliers. Our first priority in everything we do is to make sure we look out for the safety of the customer and their families first. It is a responsibility we take seriously and we set ourselves to a high standard to meet that requirement. - Casey Cota
