  We had a difficult situation doing to another come Doing an unprofessional job. We needed an LG certified company to work on our system. Cornwall drove from Ct to the Hill country in the Berkshires of Massachusetts . Joey was very professional competent and kind. He diagnosed the problem and worked with my electrician to help solve the problem. I would recommend Cornwall plumbing For any AC needs you will be lucky to get them. Wish I called them first.

  TONY was the best! Really quick, respectful, easy. The overall experience was so seamless. Their texting reminders and their alerts on how far they are from your location is so great. I definitely recommend Cornwall Plumbing and Heating.

  We used them urgently in the past for repair of a toilet and unclogging of a kitchen sink and although the work was fine, it seemed overpriced. However just recently we had them look at a problem we were having with a partially clogged pipe in the basement. The told us it would require use of a commercial snake/auger which they had, but unfortunately had recently broken during the course of its regular use. They said, that to do the job, they would have to go rent a snake for the job and pass the entirely of the 275$ cost onto us. This despite the fact that they admitted they were going to repair/replace their own broken snake. In addition, the entire bill would be that plus several hundred dollars per hour of labor bringing the total to what I thought was an exorbitant amount. Finally, to cap it off, when I decided against that (after my questioning about the passing of the snake rental cost onto us), I was charged 150$ for them to have accessed the situation and then sit in their truck for nearly 30 minutes in discussion with presumably the boss, essentially wasting my time. It would seem to me that incurring equipment repair and replacement costs is part of the cost of doing business and that it not be directly subsidized by individual customers - the more appropriate thing would be to raise their overall rates slightly for everyone to help with their costs - as the market will bear. Sometimes, businesses just have to eat some costs themselves. !Addendum! - I increased my review score since they subsequently refunded the visit fee. Apparently also, there was confusion between the plumber on site and the supervisors and the cost of the job was to be the same regardless of whether or not a rental snake was used. I have decided to get a second opinion though as to the overall cost.
