  They physically installed a rinnai furnace, in our cabin. The people themselves who installed the rinnai furnace were lovely. However, they overcharged by $1,000 for the installation and the rinnai furnace. I would recommend shopping around for pricing. We were all fairly disappointed once we found out that we had been blindly overcharged. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them as a company for their services due to their lack of transparency.

  They are CROOKS , I had a issue with my heater. They changed parts that were not broken and charged me. Then talked me into a contract with a deal to change out a burner on my water heater. I already own the burner. They won't comeback to honor there contract. They do not return calls. Stay clear of these THIEVES

  When they installed the thermostats, one was wired in the living room and the other, in the kitchen, was just installed with batteries. Then we were told the WiFi controls we wanted to use, and were promised, wouldn’t work because of the battery power. Then the batteries started needing to be replaced more and more often, until it was more than once a week. They charged us to come back and connect the thermostat to the electrical system in the house, over $200. It was their error to begin with and then it was defective. But we had to pay.
