Let’s just say very disappointed. Corbitt Heating &Air installed mini splits in our new home. We are not able to run our A/C in any room without water pouring out on to floor. This has been an ongoing problem since day 1 and after many trips to “fix” the problem I turned units on for first time in months and again water poured out into the floor. We also have to use a Shop vac to pull the water out of the outside drain pipe every day when in use. Having to assist the drain pipe means that we are not able to leave units running if we will be gone for more than a day unless we want to come back to a river in our living room. I should not have to lose sleep or be stressed every time I need to run the A/C in my home. We have sent messages with no reply the last one being 10/13/2021. One star is too many for this review! Update: 1/16/2022 We have just turned on our Heat for the first time this winter. Well again the brand new system the Corbitt’s installed is not working properly showing error code. Extremely frustrating when these are brand new units and the first time we have tried to use the heat. This will be one of the coldest weeks this winter, hope the Corbitt’s are nice and cozy in their home because we certainly won’t be. Again one star is too many!

Great company to do business with. Provided a quote the same day I asked. Once the decision was made to move forward, the equipment was ordered, delivered and installed within 4 days. Price was competitive with other local providers.
Response from the owner
Great! thank you Aaron!

UPDATED 10/18/21: Found moisture where the AC humidifier was filling the overflow tray ... seems it was NEVER installed correctly and the auto cut off when the pan fills never triggered. Wet wood and rot is now being replaced. The unit was actually dehumidifying my attic space (which we know on the coast ... will never cool or reduce humidity). Good news my 500 - 600 electric bills will now properly gain some control. The nightmare continues... Thank you Corbitt ---- today you have given me the gift of establishing a new HVAC service provider! Post IRMA, you convinced me to purchase two (2) units charging me over $14,500 when we were totally flooded and under stress. Foolishly thinking that such an investment would give me some sense of loyal service ... but TODAY ---- after 2 days of 95 degree inside temps ---- YOU were a no show (after hours of waiting) AND a no call (until 3 hours after the no show telling me you would be delayed by 9 more hours) so I called Certified Electric. OMG, I seriously want to THANK YOU. At CERTIFIED Electric ---- they listen to my issue and advise me on what I should do to control any further damage, they give me a date, they provide a promised time, and they actually showed up. THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! For 4 years I have assumed Scott and crew were just busy or Tina just missed my call for service ---- after all, I felt invested and stupidly thought they were as invested in ME (I mean, I gave them $14,500 after flooding and trying to rebuild!!!). SO, Thank you Scott and Tina ---- you both have given me the gift of establishing a new HVAC service provider. CERTIFIED Electric was busy too, but managed to show up and provide top notch service YOU will never have to no show again because I will never call again. Never is a long long time.
