  I cannot say enough good things about Mark. He has helped us at our old house and now at this house as well... He tries to walk you through things on the phone to do everything to save you a few bucks. Very, very helpful and super responsive at all times. Appreciate him more than he knows.

  Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and HONEST. After I was told by a large Grand Rapids company that I needed a new furnace, Mark did an adjustment that kept it running for 3 or 4 years. Then when it had stopped working again Larry installed a part that once again fixed the problem. I'm so grateful for ethical businesses like this one.

  Our air conditioner went out and I called in the morning and even though they were swamped with this heat they made time to make it the same day. Great service and had it diagnosed before he even looked at it. Just from what I told him on the phone. Quickly fixed it and was very polite and knowledgable! Would 100% recommend them whether it was heater or air they know what they are doing.
