  Shaun provided exceptional customer service. He is a delightful, smart and extremely professional technician. I could not be happier after having been referred to Cooper Brothers Inc from a fellow General Building contractor. Minimizing costs by optimizing service is an important balance that any responsible building owner must strike. Anticipating problems in advance of them happening keeps everyone delighted. In fact, this level of professionalism is all that I could ask for from a service organization. It is difficult to express my relief in finding a trusted partner to carry on the essential task of proper AC service Finally, after doing this work myself over 12 years it is an amazing relief to find a responsible partner that I can trust to do this work for me.   The original thermostat that came with my house was not working properly. I went onto the Carrier website where they provided referrals and Cooper Brothers just happened to be one of them. They were actually my second call and I chose to go with them due to availability and transparency where prices were concerned. John Chaboya was the technician who was sent out to install my new thermostat and he did a great job!!!! Very happy with his work and appreciated his knowledge on furnaces. I learned some new things that will be helpful in the future! With that said, very happy with my Ecobee!!!! Set up was super easy!!!! 😊

  I highly recommend this company who made my repairs in record time. From the service desk to the maintenance team - everyone is polite, professional, efficient, and friendly! A special shout-out to Patrick and Meredith who both provided outstanding customer service and follow-through.
