  Outstanding customer service and pricing. Tim was extremely professional and upfront with various options to repair our HVAC and the cost associated with each option. He recommended starting out with the least costly repair, which worked tremendously, and saved me a good amount of money. A previous HAVAC repair company automatically told me the costs at the high end without showing me a cost breakdown. Tim showed the compete listing of costs per item and total cost of each option. I could not be happier with the customer service, timeliness, professionalism, and repair work of Cooltek Mechanical. Updated as of NOV 2018. Tim came through in a bind for me and my family again! Great customer service, professionalism, and pricing. Great company!

  Cooltek Mechanical has performed installation of new units as well as service on existing HVAC units on several projects for this company. They were professional and punctual.
