  A very nice mechanic came and tuned up my AC unit. The mechanic was really nice, professional, explained what he did to my AC and provided suggestions and recommendations. I called Coolray solely from their commercials on TV.

  When our ac unit began to make strange noises we knew it was better to call someone sooner than later. Cool ray made it out the same day for initial inspection. We ended up needing a full replacement on the control panel. They were able to locate the part and provide the repair service the next day! Very quick service.

  The guy they sent out was a total pro. Clean cut and knowledgeable. I was using another company and it was always a hassle to get them to answer the phone, let alone send anyone out. I called cool ray and they had a guy out the very next day! They’re way cheaper than my old guy too. I’ll be using cool ray from now on.
