Jason, our installer was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and exceedingly polite. He worked tirelessly to ensure my AC system would be expertly installed. Service technician was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and provided excellent service. I’ve not had a Cool Today contract for very long, but I am impressed. I was extremely happy that they do not just replace some thing unless they know exactly what is the problem. His service was outstanding! I also greatly appreciated that they contacted me via text to say the appointment was made, then to say he was on his way. Their communication is also outstanding!

Yes, We had a technician named: Amy Castro. She was absolutely excellent, she knows you job. She was very professional & caring & concern for other.
