  David Perez came to our house shortly before Christmas to address an issue we have had with two rooms in the house being really hot. He took a look in our attic, explained what would have to be done, showed us pictures he took of our air conditioning system and gave us an estimate of the price. I work in one of the rooms and I was eagerly anticipating his return. He came back to the house today with Jose Gonzalez Peguero to swap out boxes and to direct more cold air to the rooms that were hot. Again he came down to show me pictures of what Jose had found, and we discovered we had been partially air conditioning our attic. They fixed that AND made the rooms substantially cooler. There were friendly, professional and trustworthy. Before David came to our house, I was expecting to be told I needed to buy another air conditioning unit. The total price was $150 above the estimate we were given, but I know the price was legitimate and the work they did might decrease the price of our electric bill. I work from home and they were conscientious about trying not to interrupt me. I am thrilled that I will no longer be working in a room that is 84 degrees with the air conditioner running. We couldn't be happier with the job they did.

  Awful Awful Awful. They won't fix your AC, they won't communicate with you, and they'll make you sit around your house all day. "Fixed" my AC, it broke again 2 weeks later and my ceiling was leaking water. Were supposed to come on Friday between 6pm - 11pm. Weren't available until near midnight & my tenants were asleep. Rescheduled for Saturday morning and was assured we would be first on the list. Made my tenants wait around for EIGHT HOURS and still never showed up. 0 updates. Absolutely horrible customer service. Save yourself tremendous headache and hassle and go with someone else. Edit: I'm increasing this to 2 stars only because of the exceptional customer service I subsequently received from a gentleman named Tyler. The previous girls I had spoken to expresses zero remorse and conveyed no apology over my situation. Tyler handled it extremely professionally, acknowledged the problem, and even provided me a partial credit for previous work because of the inconvenience. Tyler deserves a raise & is the only reason I would consider using this business again.

  We had our semi annual maintenance completed today and when I went to turn on the system tonight it wasn’t working. When I called for service they wouldn’t have anyone out tonight. I can understand that as it was already 7pm. They wouldn’t confirm a first appointment for tomorrow and now we have a 6 hour window that we have to wait around another day for them to come out. I have been a maintenance customer for 10+ years and when you need them in a pinch you get nothing for being a loyal customer.
