I took off today to be home and ready for this company to come by and do a service call and they send me a text halfway through the day around 12:30 PM only to say that they had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. They’ve cost me a whole day of pay and leave I don’t recommend this company to anyone in good faith. Very poor customer service

Had a leak in my wall . Called them Saturday. Great response. Be there tomorrow,Sunday by noon. I said OK. go for it. We'll this AM, SUNDAY THE DAY PROMISED AND THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED .SAID THEY COULD RESCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY. I SAID NO WAY, CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE A PLUMBER AVAILABLE TODAY AS PROMISED CALLBACK' OFFERED $50 OFF. REALLLLY!! LESS THAN THEIR INITIAL CHARGE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS THETE IN AN HOUR. NEVER HAVE I HAD AN EMERGENCY REPAIR CANCELLED

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The best in the Bay Area. Honest, dependable. Highly recommend. Our technician Manny, was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I’ve lived in Florida for over 40 years, one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Thank you.
