I've done a lot of business with this company. They usually have the fastest response time for restaurant equipment repair for anyone I've used in the South Portland metro area. Most of the techs have been good. Probably not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I'm not sure why all the one star reviews.... A lot of restaurateurs buy cheap, Chinese made equipment then wonder why it breaks all the time and it's difficult to fix. Probably not the repair guy's fault that you're a tight wad.

Beyond horrible customer service. The technician did not properly reassemble our ice machine following a repair causing it not to function properly. They billed us for the return call despite the technician recognizing that the machine had not been properly reassembled. When we disputed the charges the office manager blamed our employees claiming they must have gone into the machine and switched hoses around. Ludicrous! Never in my decades of restaurant experience have I had a vendor so lacking in customer support. They will not let you speak to the company owner because he's "never around" and, well, it shows.

Never in my life have gave a bad review. We had the company look at the dry cleaning condenser to see if freon needed but somehow he found 3 leakes. The following day, when we started processing, the machine displayed a "Refrigeration High Pressure" and we were unable to start it. In order to start it, we had to by passed it by pressing the reset at the back of the machine. The guy came by and did the adjustments by moving the Relay from the top slot to the bottom slot. We are still having same problems the next day; only on the first load of cleaning. I didn't want to bother them and I just keep pressing the reset button, hoping it would go away. Instead, I got a bill from them for the follow up in three business. Called them and dispute about the bill and he said he's going to talk with boss. In a couple week later did receive that bill again and called back about the dispute, he didn't recall that. Have told him the machine still does same problem. He said there might be other issue next to be fixed. I told him my machine never had any issue until he came and work on it. Never have this kind of problem in my eleven years of business. Never in my life going to call them for service.
