  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Gabriel is the owner of this company. In August I paid him $120 to service each of my two central ac/heating units. I do not live in town and needed to have them serviced as I was getting ready to sell my house. When my house was inspected in preparation to sell the home, the inspector noted that the coils in one of the units was dirty (this was in November). I called Gabriel and told him of the situation. He was immediately hostile and told me that it was probably because I had not changed the filter. I told him that I hadn't used the unit. I asked him if he'd come by and look at the unit. He told me he would charge me $60 simply to come to the house. I told him I had just paid him (90 days prior) to service the unit and hadn't used it at all. He told me "look, if you want me to go look at the unit, it will cost you $60, and if you want me to clean the coils, it will cost you $120. I told him that I didn't think that was right, and he told me to call him back when I decided what I wanted to do. I called my realtor and asked her for a recommendation. I had to pay another company $140 to service the unit, but I was not about to give Gabriel and Cool Tek another penny. He made me regret that I had ever used his services. My recommendation: STAY AWAY from COOL TEK
